DeviceLegit Technologies offers:

• IMEI registration and verification.
• Device authenticity and blacklist checks.
• Alerts and guidance in cases of IMEI cloning.
• Support for lost or stolen devices through lawful channels, including assistance with police reports and telecom cooperation.
• Police-Assisted Tracking: Support for lawful device recovery in collaboration with law enforcement.
• Fairly Used Phone Marketplace Support: Verification and validation of second-hand devices to ensure they are not stolen, cloned, or blacklisted.
• Telecom Company Cooperation: Integration and information sharing with licensed telecom providers for lawful device identification and recovery

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate device details (e.g., IMEI, ownership proof).
• You authorize DeviceLegit Technologies to use submitted information when assisting with police investigations or telecom provider requests.
• You will not use our Services for illegal tracking or monitoring of devices not legally owned by you.

4. Police & Law Enforcement Assistance

• DeviceLegit Technologies does not directly track devices.
• In cases of theft, loss, or fraud, we provide support to users in filing reports and engaging law enforcement.
• Upon valid request, and with proper documentation, we may share verified IMEI and registration details with the Nigeria Police Force (or relevant authority) and telecom providers to aid in lawful investigations.
• Device location retrieval via IMEI is solely handled by licensed telecom operators and security agencies.

5. Limitations of Service

• We do not guarantee recovery of lost or stolen devices.
• Device status checks are based on global and national IMEI databases and may not always be 100% accurate.
• DeviceLegit Technologies shall not be liable for decisions made by police, regulators, or telecom operators.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data and IMEI details are collected strictly for verification, security, and law enforcement assistance.
• We only share your data with authorized security agencies and telecom providers, when legally required.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and technology used on this platform belong to DeviceLegit Technologies and cannot be copied or redistributed without our consent.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

• Services are provided on an “as is” basis.
• We are not responsible for lost devices that cannot be recovered despite police or telecom involvement.
• We do not cover financial losses, misuse of stolen devices, or damages resulting from delays in investigation.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse our Services for unlawful tracking, fraud, or false reporting.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
